Index Cards
  • make flash cards out of all of your vocabulary words
  • this includes the ones from your investigations as well as the bold-faced words, too!
  • one side of your index card will have the vocabulary word you wish to define
  • the other side of your index card will have the definition
  • suggestion: many of my students in the past have typed up the vocabulary words and definitions on a word document instead of writing everything out by hand. Then, they just printed the word document. Then, they cut and pasted onto the index card.
  • the index cards are due on Thursday, Sept. 6!
  • you will have your first vocabulary quiz on Friday, Sept. 7!

    the vocabulary words are for alll of the setions
    and the vocab. test is on all the vocab words in the whole chapt. 2
